Quality Knives from the Texas Hill Country at Affordable Prices
All the knives I make are currently handcrafted from 154 CM stainless steel. They have been heat-treated and cryogenically frozen giving them superior edge holding and a Rockwell Rating of 60 - 61. Each knife can easily be sharpened with a diamond stick.
For handle material, I use axis, elk, and fallow antler, ram horn, bone, stabilized woods, and ivory. I invite you to look at the knives ready for purchase, as well as those in the photo gallery.
